Returns Policy

Goods that are unwanted have to be returned to us at your expense. It is important that you obtain proof of posting as the goods are your responsibility until they are received by us.

We reserve the right to deduct our original shipping cost from any refund applicable.

We offer a 28 day returns policy which means you can return an unwanted item provided it has not been used and is in a completely resalable condition.

Please contact us before returning an unwanted item.

If you receive a faulty item you will need to call us to discuss a few trouble shooting options. If this does not resolve the issue we can arrange for collection of the item so that it can be checked over for a fault.

Returns are normally replaced or credited within 5 days of receiving them (some items may take slightly longer)
